All content within the Stagely app, including show information, venue details, and ticket availability, is provided on a "best endeavours" basis. Stagely makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information, but we cannot guarantee its absolute correctness. It is always recommended to verify the latest details with the official ticket vendor or the theatre's website before making any purchases.

Copyright notice

The copyright for all show and production visual content displayed within the Stagely app belongs to their respective owners. Stagely is using these images under the principle of fair dealing, a UK copyright exception that allows for the use of copyrighted material in certain circumstances.

If you believe that any image or element used in Stagely infringes on your copyright and does not fall under the scope of fair dealing, please contact us at daniel@stagely.app with the subject line “DMCA” and we will take appropriate action to remove the infringing content.

All aspects of the Stagely app, including its design, layout, functionality, and user interface, are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised copying, distribution, or modification of any part of Stagely is strictly prohibited

Stagely Ltd Terms and Conditions

By using Stagely you confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions and privacy policy.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Stagely Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our app and services. By registering and using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

User-Initiated Termination: Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the instructions provided in the app. Upon termination, users will no longer have access to their account or any content or information associated with their account.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, user content and data will remain the property of the app, and we may retain and use such information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Consent to Electronic Communication: By creating an account, users consent to receive electronic communications from us, including emails, notifications, and messages within the app. You may opt out of marketing communication by following the instructions in the app

You agree that your content does not violate any laws, infringe on any third-party rights, or contain any prohibited material such as nudity, hate speech, or abusive language.
Opinions expressed by users are their own and do not reflect the views of Stagely.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any user-generated content.

3.2 License to Use Content

By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media or platform.
This license allows us to use your content for promoting and improving our services, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
We may choose to attribute content to you, but we are not obligated to do so.
We may sub-license these rights to third parties for the purpose of promoting and operating the app.

3.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, and remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Users who repeatedly violate content guidelines may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.

3.4. Prohibited Content

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, misleading, infringing on intellectual property rights, or harmful in any way.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, nudity, pornography, hate speech, threats, harassment, and false information.
Users may not upload photos (or videos) taken during live performances without explicit permission from the theatre or production company.

3.5 Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us the rights as outlined in the license to use content.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Stagely encourages users to share their theatre experiences by uploading photos (user generated content). However, we reserve the right to remove any UGC that violates our terms of service or infringes on the copyright of others.

3.6 User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences that arise from its publication.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your content or violation of these terms.
If your content is subject to a third-party claim, you agree to cooperate with Stagely Ltd in resolving the claim.

3.7. Reporting Violations

Users can report content that they believe violates these terms. We will investigate reported content and take appropriate action, which may include removal of the content and suspension of the user’s account.

3.8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our app and services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

Types of Subscriptions: Users may use a free version of the app without a paid for subscription, this may be withdrawn or subject to change at any time. Features and subscription plans may also change at any time.

Users can interact with each other through features such as, following, and liking updates.
Respectful Behavior: Users must interact respectfully and courteously. Abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior is prohibited.
Prohibited Content: Interactions must not include hate speech, threats, bullying, or any other prohibited content.
Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their interactions.

- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.
